Send messages to driver
Messages can be up to 1000 characters long. Acknowledgments are sent back when the message is seen by the driver. Examples of messages to driver - directions, route, emails, load instructions

Receive custom form messages from driver
Dispatcher defines up to 10 custom forms of up to 7 fields each, and downloads it to FDT. Examples of data captured - fuel purchases, job information, passenger details, trailer
number, bill of lading number

Log time & location of driver status changes
Every message received from driver has timestamp & location to allow dispatcher to reconcile message

Receive predefined messages from driver
Driver scrolls through a list of pre-defined messages and updates dispatcher on various status changes-e.g., arrive, depart, loaded, unloaded. Pre-defined messages installed in each FDT can be changed at any time by the dispatcher

DataCap™
A simple, robust way to authenticate driver. DataCaps can be carried on a keychain. Drivers can log on/off by simply touching the DataCap to the DataCap reader on the FDT. Driver log on/off information can be used to create time cards, payroll sheets, etc.
