Tracking Reports

Last Reports and Tracking History are screen reports which show positions of selected or all vehicles in your fleet. These can be used as a dashboard to monitor the activity of your fleet. When viewing history, save time by viewing only the significant events from your vehicle. Detailed information is available for each event such as start, stop, ignition on/off, and about 50 other events. Information can be viewed on a high quality map as well as in a table form. You can also plot the breadcrumb route between these event history positions.

Breadcrumbs

History of every position reported by your vehicle. Useful for security applications and route based billing, this printed report shows the details of every position for a vehicle, including speed.

Trip Summary

Summary of first start and last stop, total stops, trip, stop and idle durations, and miles for your vehicles. Useful for measuring fleet utilization and also to detect off-hour use of your vehicles.

Trip Details and Trip Stops Only

Details of each trip (start/stop) for your fleet. This is based on ignition on/off events. These two useful reports can be used for driver time sheets, billing based on pick up/delivery and also monitoring driver performance.

Site Activity

Details of all vehicle entries and exits made at various sites - your customers, warehouses, company locations and others

Event History

Report any event or pair of events reported by vehicles with location, duration, distance and fuel consumption. Ideal for reporting PTO, off-road mileage, device tampering, etc.

Operating Time Detail and Summary

These reports provide details and summarize vehicle operating time and movement and idle time for your fleet. Useful as input for maintenance and use-based billing.

Upcoming Maintenance

Details of upcoming maintenance for your fleet vehicles. This report helps you to manage your fleet maintenance in a pro-active manner and save from costly repairs.

Miles By State

Distance traveled by your vehicles by state Miles by state is a useful report for filing state fuel taxes.

Speed Violations

Location and time where your drivers exceeded designated speeds. Speed violations can highlight problem driving patterns and save your company from lawsuits due to reckless driving

Driver Performance

Rate your drivers using userdefined criteria for highlighting good and poor performance

Temperature Sensors

Continuously monitored temperature values from multiple sensors

Messages

Details of messages sent and received using driver display terminals or other means.
